For all you bikers out there I would like to tell you about a great biker "two wheels only" hotel and campground! My husband and I went on our motorcycle up through the Smokey Mountains into Deals Gap. We had came across the Shiloh Hotel & Campground. A friend referred us to this little hotel tucked away in the woods. Shiloh is only a two wheel hotel because the road that leads to it is a very narrow path as you see in the picture. Shiloh Hotel is surrounded by woods and the rooms have two little bunk beds with your
toilet and shower right in the room. The owner of the hotel is Joe and he is very
accommodating! On the lower level there is a porch with rocking chairs, and inside you can cook all your own meals. The hotel is place to go to if you want peace and quiet. There
isn't any phones in the rooms and it is very reasonable in price. The Shiloh hotel is located in Seymour TN. Down the road is
Pigeon Forge where the
Dollywood Museum Park is located. If you
haven't visited the Smokey Mountains and Deals Gap yet, this
definitely is a vacation spot to ride. Deals Gap has winding curves, and roads if want to scrape your floor boards. Deals Gap can also be a accident waiting to happen as well since the curves are very short. So your first time going be very cautious and slow, when going up or down Deals Gap.
